Introduction

Upload & Download Center is used for uploading the data in bulk. User can upload the questions or responses in bulk by using a single sheet. There are 4 columns. i.e., Upload Types, Available Uploads, Access Data Upload Templates, Upload Data Using Templates and Export Data by Type for all Partners. Upload Types indicates that how many export types are there. Available Uploads indicates that how many upload types are available. Access Data Upload Templates will download template in which data are inputted. Upload Data Using Templates is to upload the template in which admin inputted all the data. Export Data will export all the data that are in the database in a excel sheet so that admin can check what are the data in the database.

1.2 Partner Opportunities

Partner Opportunities
How
  • Click on export button under Access Data Upload Templates, for downloading the Partner opportunities template sheet (excel format) on the system.
  • Enter all the mandatory data in the downloaded template sheet that the admin wants to upload.
Downloaded Template
How
  • In the top it will give the guidelines to add data.
  • The fields those have red star mark are mandatory fields to fill.
  • Primary Partner ID#: Add unique "Primary Partner ID#" for which the pipeline deal is to be added.
  • Deal ID#: This is a unique ID of the pipeline deal that will be uploaded.
  • Date of Deal: This is the start date for which the pipeline deal should be displayed on frontend.This date should be in the format mm/dd/yyyy
  • Estimated Close Date: This is the estimated close date for which the pipeline deal should be displayed on frontend.This date should be in the format mm/dd/yyyy
  • Sales Stages: Mention one Sales Stage name per pipeline deal.
  • Except these fields all other fields are optional.
Import button
  • After filling all the mandatory fields, user have to upload this sheet by click on the import button.
Export data for all partners
How
  • It will download a sheet having all the opportunities of all partners.
Invalid data imported
How
  • If any mandatory field is missed or if any invalid data that goes against the validations are imported then it will display an error message that “No data was uploaded. Please correct invalid records & try again.”
  • There is a link “Click here to view 1 invalid records” and on clicking the link it will download a CSV file in which it display the resaon that why the file is invalid.

1.3 Partner Sales

Partner Sales
How
  • Click on export button under Access Data Upload Templates, for downloading the Partner sales template sheet (excel format) on the system.
  • Enter all the mandatory data in the downloaded template sheet that the admin wants to upload.
Downloaded Template
How
  • In the top it will give the guidelines to add data.
  • The fields those have red star mark are mandatory fields to fill.
  • Primary Partner ID#: Add unique "Primary Partner ID#" for which the pipeline deal is to be added.
  • Transaction ID#: This is a unique ID of the sales deal that will be uploaded.
  • Transaction Date: This is the date for which the sales deal should be displayed on frontend.This date should be in the format mm/dd/yyyy
  • Sales Stages: Mention one Sales Stage name per sales deal.
Import button
  • After filling all the mandatory fields, user have to upload this sheet by click on the import button.
Export data for all partners
How
  • It will download a sheet having all the sales of all partners.
Invalid data imported
How
  • If any mandatory field is missed or if any invalid data that goes against the validations are imported then it will display an error message that “No data was uploaded. Please correct invalid records & try again.”
  • There is a link “Click here to view 1 invalid records” and on clicking the link it will download a CSV file in which it display the resaon that why the file is invalid.

Partner Accounts
How
  • Click on export button under Access Data Upload Templates, for downloading the Partner Accounts template sheet (excel format) on the system.
  • Enter all the mandatory data in the downloaded template sheet that the admin wants to upload.

  • In the top it will give the guidelines to add data.
  • The fields those have red star mark are mandatory fields to fill.
  • Partner Name: Add "Partner Name" of the Partner Account
  • Primary Partner ID#: Add unique "Primary Partner ID#" of the Partner Account to be added.
  • Primary CAM ID#: Add "Primary CAM ID#" of the Channel Account Manager under which the Partner Accounts should be assigned.
  • City: It is the City of the Partner Account
Import button
  • After filling all the mandatory fields, user have to upload this sheet by click on the import button.
Export data for all partners
How
  • It will download a sheet having all the data that are in database for all partners

  • Enter all the mandatory data in the downloaded template sheet that the admin wants to upload.

  • First Name: Add "First Name" of the Partner Contacts.
  • Last Name: Add "Last Name" of the Partner Contacts.
  • Primary Partner ID#: Add "Primary Partner ID#" of the Partner Accounts under which the Partner Contact should be assigned
  • Primary Contact ID#: Add a unique ID in "Primary Contact ID#".
  • Email: Add "Email" of the Partner Contact that will be used by the Partner Contact to login Frontend. It should be unique.
Import button
  • After filling all the mandatory fields, user have to upload this sheet by click on the import button.
Export data for all partners
How
  • It will download a sheet having all the data of all partners.

  • Enter all the mandatory data in the downloaded template sheet that the admin wants to upload.

  • In the top it will give the guidelines to add data.
  • The fields those have red star mark are mandatory fields to fill.
  • First Name: Add "First Name" of the Channel Account Manager.
  • Last Name: Add "Last Name" of the Channel Account Manager.
  • CAM Email: Add "CAM Email" of the Channel Account Manager that will be used by the CAM user to login CAM dashboard. It should be unique
  • Primary CAM ID#: Add a unique ID in "Primary CAM ID#".
Import button
  • After filling all the mandatory fields, user have to upload this sheet by click on the Import button.

  • It will download a sheet having all the data of all partners.

Scorecard Provisioning
How
  • Click on export button under Access Data Upload Templates, for downloading the Scorecard Provisioning template sheet (excel format) on the system.
  • Enter all the mandatory data in the downloaded template sheet that the admin wants to upload.
Downloaded Template
How
  • In the top it will give the guidelines to add data.
  • The fields those have red star mark are mandatory fields to fill.
  • Category: Add the Categories Name in "Category" column.There is no limit to add the number categories.
  • Topic: Topics Name will be added in "Topic" column.There will be multiple topics in a single Category
  • Question Type: Question Type: Add "Question Type". It can be Profile Open ended - Free text question,Multiple Choice (Non Scored)- multi select responses that will not be scored on front end,Multiple Choice (Scored)- multi select responses that will be scored on front end,Graduated (Scored) - single select responses that will be scored on front end, Graduated (Non Scored) - single select responses that will not be scored on front end.
  • Question: Add the Question that will be under a Topic.There can be multiple questions in a single Topic.
  • Responses: Add the Responses.There will be no responses for the Profile(Open Ended) questions as it is a free text question.
Import button
  • After filling all the mandatory fields, user have to upload this sheet by click on the import button
