Introduction

PPD-Partner Performance Dashboard shows a partner’s performance by using different metrics. We are using 21 different metrics to offer other types of performance. We can say every metric acts as a performance parameter of the partner. The version is displayed in a dashboard view on the cam dashboard. Every metric will reflect different data. The dashboard shows the populated data for all the matrices for a certain period. Users can look at every progress made and monitor partner progress on a single pane of glass.

1.2. Manage Partner Performance Metric(s)

How
  • Admin can enter/ edit the Metric Title by clicking on the pencil icon.
  • Admin can manage metric attributes and clone one metric by clicking on the Clone icon.
  • It will create a unique metric different from the 1st one, but all others are the same.
  • Admin can select Chart Style and Chart Type for every metric that displays in frontend.
  • Admin can Activate/ Deactivate any metrics by checking the check box.
  • Admin can delete the metric by clicking on the Cross icon.
  • Admin can add new metrics by clicking on the add more button and save any changes by clicking the Save button.
  • To add a new metric, the admin can click on the Add More button.

1.3 Manage Metric(s) Attributes

How Enter/ Edit Metric Title & Description:
  • Log in to admin-> Click on Manage PPD-> Click on Partner Perf. Dashboard-> Click on the Setting icon (Gear icon)
  • Admin can enter Metric Title and Description.
  • There already have value, and it is up to the admin to change or keep them.
Configure Primary Table:
  • Log in to admin-> Click on Manage PPD-> Click on Partner Perf. Dashboard-> Click on the Setting icon (Gear icon)
  • Enter Period Title (Text)
  • Enter Target Title (Text)
  • Enter Actual Title (Text)
  • Select Frequency (Picklist)
  • Enter Title for Detailed View (Text).
Select Data Type Grouping for This PPD Metric:
  • Select Data Type Grouping for the PPD Metric by clicking on the dropdown. There are the following options:
    1. By Sales Stage
    2. By Opportunity Type
    3. By Partner Involvement
    4. By Partner Type
  • If it has some value previously, then it depends on Admin whether to change or keep that value.
Select Filters for This PPD Metric:
  • There are four steps.
  • Select the Sales Stage for the metrics, and one or more sales stages can be selected. It may be single or multiple selectable.
  • Select Opportunity Type for the metrics, and one or more options can be selected. It may be single or multiple selectable.
  • Select Deal Type for the metrics, and one or more options can be selected. It may be single or multiple selectable.
  • Select Partner Type for the metrics, and one or more options can be selected. It may be single or multiple selectable.
  • Click on the Save button to save the changes.
  • On clicking the Cancel button, nothing will change the attributes added to the metrics.
Note: Some attributes have some value entered. It is up to the client whether to change or keep it.

1.3.1 Manage Win Rate Metric

Manage Table:
Enter/ Edit Metric Title & Description:
  • Admin can enter Metric Title and Description.
  • There already have value, and it is up to the admin to change or keep them.
Configure Primary Table:
  • Log in to admin-> Click on Manage PPD-> Click on Partner Perf. Dashboard-> Click on the Setting icon (Gear icon)
  • Enter Period Title (Text)
  • Enter Target Title (Text)
  • Enter Actual Title (Text)
  • Select Frequency (Picklist)
  • Enter Title for Detailed View (Text).
  • Select Frequency from the dropdown. There are the following options:
    1. Quarterly
    2. Semi-Annually
    3. Annually
  • There already has some value, and it’s depended on Admin to change it or keep it.
Select Win Rate/ Qtr. Stages

  • Select stages to get the Win Rate status from the dropdown.
  • Select Close Stage and End Stages.
  • Click on Save Button to save the changes and click on the Cancel button to not change anything to previous data.
Note: Some attributes have some value entered. It is up to the client whether to change or keep it.

Manage Table:

  • Admin can enter Metric Title and Description.
  • There already have value, and it is up to the admin to change or keep them.

  • Log in to admin-> Click on Manage PPD-> Click on Partner Perf. Dashboard-> Click on the Setting icon (Gear icon)
  • Enter Period Title (Text)
  • Enter Target Title (Text)
  • Enter Actual Title (Text)
  • Select Frequency (Picklist)
  • Enter Title for Detailed View (Text).
Select Cycle Time/ Qtr. Stages
How
  • Select Start Stages from the drop-down.
  • Select Close Stage by clicking the checkboxes. Admin can select one or more checkboxes.
  • Exclude Transactional Deals: this feature excludes deals that enter and close the win-rate set period in fewer days than this # of days value entered.
  • Click on Save Button to save the changes and click on the Cancel button to not change anything to previous data.

  • Admin can enter Metric Title and Description.
  • There already have value, and it is up to the admin to change or keep them.

  • Log in to admin-> Click on Manage PPD-> Click on Partner Perf. Dashboard-> Click on the Setting icon (Gear icon)
  • Enter Period Title (Text)
  • Enter Target Title (Text)
  • Enter Actual Title (Text)
  • Select Frequency (Picklist)
  • Enter Title for Detailed View (Text).
  • Select Frequency from the dropdown. There are the following options:
    1. Quarterly
    2. Semi- Annually
    3. Annually
Manage Accreditation Metric
How
  • Edit or enter Certification Name. One or more certification titles can be entered in the text field, but all should be comma separated.
  • Select Expiration Period from the dropdown. This period is calculated as Months.
  • Admin can check the check box for No Expiration.
  • Click on Save Button to save the changes and click on the Cancel button to not change anything to previous data.
