- Add a Partner:
- In the left navigation, click on Manage Partners>View Partners.
- Click on the Add New button.
- Enter the Partner Name(Required) in the given textbox.
- Select a CAM from the Assign CAM dropdown list(Required). User can select only one CAM from this dropdown list. When the user selects a CAM, another field Assign Secondary CAM gets enabled which is optional (the user can select multiple secondary CAMs).
- Enter the Address 1, Address 2, Phone 1, Phone 2, State, Postal Code, Country, and URL.
- Enter the Partner Division and City (Both must be the same).
- Enter the Primary Partner Id (mandatory and it must be unique for every Partner)
- Enter Secondary Partner ID#.
- Click on the Add Partner button.
- Edit a Partner:
- In the left navigation, click on Manage Partners>View Partners.
- Click on the Edit button in the Action column.
- Make the desired changes and hit the Update button.
- Delete a Partner:
- In the left navigation, click on Manage Partners>View Partners.
- Click on the Delete button in the Action column.
- Search a Partner by searching the Partner Account Name and hitting the Search Button.
- Activate/Deactivate a Partner for CAM dashboard and frontend by checking/unchecking the checkbox given in the Active Column of the Manage Partners table.
- Export the Partner Accounts list by clicking on the Excel icon, the file will be exported to the user’s device for both active and inactive Partners.
