1.1 Conditional Administration

Conditional Administration
What
  • Create a conditional question that is to be displayed on the CAM dashboard before going on the scorecard, Business Action Plan and PPD frontend or which will be directly displayed to the frontend user before proceeding to the mentioned applications.
  • User can create multiple conditional questions here.

1.1(a) Setup Conditions Button

Setup Conditions Button
How
  • Click on the Setup Conditions button for creating conditional questions.
After Clicking the button
How
  • Type the Question in the Conditional Question text box.
  • For creating multiple responses to the question, click on Add More button.
  • Add Title & Description for the responses to a conditional question that is entered and it will display in the frontend.
  • Titles are the responses for the Conditional questions and Description are display with the responses inside “()” in the frontend.
  • Click on save button to save the conditional questions.
  • After clicking on the Save button, displays a message “Records Updated Successfully”.

1.1(b) List of Conditional Questions

List of Conditional Questions
What
  • Check/uncheck the checkbox for activating/deactivating that particular conditional question.
  • Click on the Edit button for editing the conditional questions.
  • Click on the Delete button to delete the conditional question.
  • After clicking on the Delete button, the question will be deleted and display message “Conditional Question is deleted successfully”.

1.1(c) Set the Conditional Flow

What
  • Check the checkbox for activating the conditional flow for the conditional question.
  • Only after clicking on this checkbox, the conditional question will be displayed for the CAM dashboard and any frontend user.

1.1(c) Conditional Question for Business Action Plan

What
  • Click on Expand link.
  • There are following columns
    • Conditional Question
    • Responses
    • Assign Module
    • Activate/Deactivate
  • The module that creates under Goal, Strategy and Tactic(s) Module only display when admin click on “Assign Module” column against every response and displays accordingly in frontend.
  • Admin can Activate/ Deactivate the response by checking or unchecking the Check box.

1.1(c) Conditional Question for PPD

Conditional Question for PPD
What
  • Click on Expand link to Manage Metrics for PPD.
  • There are following columns
    • Conditional Question
    • Responses
    • Assign Module
    • Activate/Deactivate
  • The Metrics that are created will display when admin click on the “Assign Topic” column against every response and admin can choose to which response which metrics should assign and according to this, conditional question displays for those metrics in frontend.
  • Admin can Activate/ Deactivate the response by checking or unchecking the Check box.

1.2 Application Settings

Application Settings
How
  • "Upload Logo": - If admin want to use any logo in the website, then can do by uploading the logo image here.
  • Click on choose file -> Select logo image
  • Click on “Yes” to display logo on the website and click on “No” to not display logo on the website.
  • "Match Partner Contacts (for integration & updates)": - On click on Match based on Primary or Secondary ID, Email address will disappear from the Manage Partner Contact. On click on Match based on Email Address, Primary or Secondary ID will disappear from the Manage Partner Contact.
  • "Change the Revenue text everywhere in the CAM dashboard and Frontend": - it will change the text for Revenue whatever admin enter here. It has impact in CAM Dashboard and Frontend.
  • "Show/Hide Plan Acceptance": - When admin check it, approve plan column will display in CAM Dashboard>>> Manage Partners and on uncheck approve plan column will not display.
  • "Save" button to save the changes whatever admin do.

1.3 Manage Progress Bar

How
  • Admin can display or hide any application in frontend by Enable/ disable the applications here.
  • Admin can select language from the Select Language dropdown. Progress Bar titles are changed according to the language selected.
After click on expand
How
  • Admin can change application title by click on the input field under application navigation title.
  • Whatever change done by the admin that have effect on frontend. Application name will change in frontend accordingly whatever admin change here.
  • Click on Save button to save the save the changes.
Select App. Frequency and Validation
What
  • Admin can set time frequency for every application. Whether the frequency will be Annually, Semi-annually or Quarterly.
  • In "Application-Level Task Validation", admin can set how to track the application. Whether it is Load the page or export the page or both.
  • Click on "Save" button, to save the changes.
