Introduction

A business Action Plan gives a broad overview of the goals you’ve set for your business and the actions you will take to achieve them. It is the collective efforts of users. A Business Action Plan aims to develop the goal, create a timeline of what specific tasks need to be completed, and determine what resources are required to reach that business goal.

Set Your Business Action Plan

There are 4 modules in the business action plan that a client can set up. It is optional for the client to set up any module from the list below.
  • Goal, Strategy, and Tactic(s) Module
    1. Tactic Detail
  • Partner Profiles
  • External Task Summary
  • Question Response
Set your Business Action Plan
How Select Module
  1. Go to Business Action Plan > Set your Business Plan
  2. Click the dropdown icon under the Module Type column on the Set Your Business Plan page.
  3. Select a module from the dropdown list
  4. Click on the 3-dot icon next to the Module Title column
  5. Click on Add Properties
  6. Detail the selected module. This will be explained further in the document.
Edit Module
How Edit Module
  1. Go to Business Action Plan > Set your Business Plan
  2. Click on the 3-dot icon for the existing/Saved module
  3. Click Edit Properties
Delete Module

  1. Go to Business Action Plan > Set your Business Plan
  2. Click on the 3-dot icon for the existing/Saved module
  3. Click Delete Row

How it Works
    Select Goal, Strategy and Tactic Module
  1. Go to Business Action Plan > Set your Business Plan
  2. Click the dropdown icon under the Module Type column on the Set Your Business Plan page.
  3. Select a module Goal, Strategy and Tactic(s) from the dropdown list

How it Works
    Setup Business Plan
  1. Go to Business Action Plan > Set your Business Plan
  2. Click the dropdown icon under the Module Type column on the Set Your Business Plan page.
  3. Select a module Goal, Strategy, and Tactic(s) from the dropdown list
  4. Click on 3-dot icons > Add Properties
  5. Enter Title for the Module
  6. Enter title for the fields below column Admin define Column Titles. Providing a title is optional as Default Titles are pre-populated.
  7. Activate/Deactivate tooltip
  8. Enter the value for the tooltip
  9. Show/Hide fields are checked by default and cannot be deselected.
  10. Click Save/Update
Manage Goal Grouping
How it Works
    Manage Goals Grouping
  1. Can only be accessed after Save/Update action on Set Your Business Plan Page.
  2. Enter Goal Grouping title in two way.Two- Word Title and Full Title. User can add more numbers of goal grouping by click on the plus icon.
  3. Enter Recommended Goal(s). User can add more numbers of recommended goal(s) by click on the plus icon.
  4. Select tactic type(s) from the drop down
  5. Enter recommended tactic title(s) in two way. Two – word tactic title and Full tactic title
  6. User can delete the goal grouping by clicking the cross icon.
  7. Click Save/Update to save.

  1. Go to Business Action Plan > Set your Business Plan
  2. Click the dropdown icon under the Module Type column on the Set Your Business Plan page.
  3. Select a module Tactic details from the dropdown list

  1. Go to Business Action Plan > Set your Business Plan
  2. Click the dropdown icon under the Module Type column on the Set Your Business Plan page.
  3. Select a module Tactic Details from the dropdown list
  4. Click on 3-dot icons > Add Properties
  5. Enter Title for the Module
  6. Assign Goal, Strategy and Tactic(s) Module form the dropdown.
  7. Enter title for the fields below column Admin define Column Titles. Providing a title is optional as Default Titles are pre-populated.
  8. Activate/Deactivate tooltip
  9. Enter the value for the tooltip
  10. Show/Hide fields are checked by default and cannot be deselected.
  11. To delete any row by clicking the cross icon.
  12. Click Save/Update

How it Works Select Partner Profiles
  1. Go to Business Action Plan > Set your Business Plan
  2. Click the dropdown icon under the Module Type column on the Set Your Business Plan page.
  3. Select a module Partner Profile from the dropdown list

  1. Go to Business Action Plan > Set your Business Plan
  2. Click the dropdown icon under the Module Type column on the Set Your Business Plan page.
  3. Select a module Partner Profile from the dropdown list
  4. Click on 3-dot icons > Add Properties
  5. Enter Title for the Module
  6. Enter title for the fields below column Column Titles
  7. Select profile field data source from the dropdown. In the drop down there are following options
    1. Salesforce
    2. Successful Channels
  8. If user choose successful channels, then salesforce field will be disable.
  9. Select Salesforce Field from the dropdown, if user choose salesforce for profile field data source.
  10. Select Profile Field Data Type from the drop down. In the dropdown there are following options
    1. Text
    2. US Currency
    3. Date
    4. Number
    5. Dropdown list
    6. Percentage
    7. $/ %/ Integer
    8. Date/ Time
  11. If user choose salesforce for Profile Field Data Source, then the data type will be text by default and cannot be changeable.
  12. Show/ Hide Column
  13. To delete any row by clicking the cross icon.
  14. Click Save/Update
  15. User can add more numbers of row by clicking the plus – icon.

  2. Click the dropdown icon under the Module Type column on the Set Your Business Plan page.
  3. Select a module External Task Summary from the dropdown list

  1. Go to Business Action Plan > Set your Business Plan
  2. Click the dropdown icon under the Module Type column on the Set Your Business Plan page.
  3. Select a module External Task Summary from the dropdown list
  4. Click on 3-dot icons > Add Properties
  5. Enter Title for the Module
  6. Enter title for the fields below column Admin define Column Titles. Providing a title is optional as Default Titles are pre-populated.
  7. Some default titles are editable and data type for them are also changeable
  8. In data type there are following options
    1. Text
    2. US Currency
    3. Number
    4. Date
    5. Drop-down list
    6. Percentage
    7. $/ %/ Integer
  9. Data type are predefined, are not changeable for some default titles as they are pre- populated.
  10. Show/Hide fields are checked by default and can be deselected.
  11. Click Save/Update

  1. Click on category button
  2. Select categories for the module
  3. User can select one or multiple categories at a time.
  4. Click on save button
Add Topics
How it Works Select Topics
  1. Click on Topic button
  2. Select topic for each category
  3. User can select one or multiple topics at a time.
  4. Click on save button
Add Questions
How it Works Select Questions
  1. Click on Question button
  2. Select questions for each category
  3. User can choose multiple questions from single category.
  4. Click on save button
