[CAM Dashboard] Reports

Overview #

The Standard Planning System Reports feature enables users to download detailed reports on plan acceptance, approval, QBR acceptance, and task statuses. These reports are essential for monitoring the status of business action plans and ensuring accountability.

Accessing Reports #

  1. From the Channel Account Manager Dashboard, navigate to Reports in the left-hand menu.
  2. The Standard Planning System Reports page displays available reports with descriptions, columns, and export options.

Types of Reports #

Business Action Plan Acceptance & Approval / QBR Acceptance #

  • Description:
    A list of plans indicating their acceptance/approval status and QBR acceptance status.
  • Report Columns:
    • Region Levels (1/2/3)
    • CAM Name
    • Partner Name
    • Acceptance Type
    • Fiscal Year
    • Period
    • Acceptance Status
    • User Type (Acceptance)
    • Accepted By
    • Acceptance Date
    • Approval Status
    • Approved By
    • Approval Date
  • Action:
    Click the Excel icon to export the report.

Business Action Plan Status #

  • Description:
    A detailed list of all tasks associated with business action plans and their statuses.
  • Report Columns:
    • Fiscal Year
    • All Columns related to the Business Action Plan Module
  • Action:
    Click the Excel icon to export the report.

Steps to Download Reports #

  1. Navigate to the Reports section.
  2. Locate the desired report from the table.
  3. Click the Excel icon in the Action column corresponding to the report you want to download.
  4. The report will be downloaded in an Excel format.

Standard Fields Included in All Reports #

The following fields are consistent across all reports:

  • Region Level 3, Region Level 2, Region Level 1:
    Breakdown of the data by geographic or organizational hierarchy.
  • CAM Name:
    The ‘Channel Account Manager’ associated with the partner.
  • Partner Name:
    The specific partner organization.

  • Acceptance Status: Indicates whether a partner has accepted a plan. Approval Status: Indicates whether the plan has been formally approved.
