INTRODUCTION #
Whatever Goals are set by the CAM/ Partner to achieve the success are displayed on Task Manager. Tasks are derived from Capabilities Scorecard and Goals & Action Plan. Task Manager helps to manage all the tasks on a single page.It displays the Full Task title, Description, Action Plan Notes to briefly describe the task. Other attributes that defines the status of the task such as the Task Status,Planned Completion Date,Actual Completion Date and Start Date are also included in this page. The filters are also included in this page to filter the tasks by the Task Status and by other fields. We can also Hide the completed tasks in order to optimize the view.

How | There is filter by which user can sort the tasks according to their requirements. The Sort by options are:

How | There are advanced filters by which user can drill down more filters for the tasks according to their requirements. These advanced options are applied based on the selection made in the “Sort by” field. Following are the options in the Advanced filter:

Completion Status Dropdown #

How | User can make the task Not Started, In- progress or Completed by selecting from the dropdown. Completion status will update on Goals & Action Plan and on Set Goal page of Capabilities Scorecard, whenever any change occurs here and vice-versa. |

Why | Suppose there are bunch of tasks, most of them are completed and others are in progress or not started. So, user can hide the completed tasks in order to optimize the list and focus on the tasks that need more concern and are not strated on in progress, those are not yet completed. |

Application-Level Tasks #
